Network administrators can centrally manage groups, security policy, features and message routing across an entire enterprise and use the integrated remote control to provide remote assistance. e/pop provides optional directory integration capabilities with NetWare and Microsoft networks and operates over TCP/IP, IPX or IGMP protocols on Windows 9x, ME, NT/2000 computers. Citrix Metaframe and Terminal Services compatibility is also provided for remote access instant messaging.
